General Terms and Conditions - Rentals

Insurance - Customer must supply Concrete Clinic with a current Certificate of Insurance. Concrete Clinic has to be listed as loss payee.

Theft. Customer is responsible for theft of equipment. KEEP IT LOCKED.

Damage. All damage to tires and tubes caused by blowout, bruises, cuts, road hazards, or other causes inherent in the use of the equipment is the responsibility of the customer.

Safety. Customer shall be given written/oral operating and safety instructions relative to the operation of the equipment. It is customer's responsibility to follow said instructions.

Illinois vehicle code requires a second rear view mirror to be affixed on the right hand side of the motor vehicle if the trailer or the load obstructs the driver's view.
