General Terms and Conditions - Sales

Open Accounts. Open accounts are available with approved credit. Carrying charges on past due balances on open accounts will be 1½% per month / 18% per year.

Warranties. Since the results obtainable from the use of any product will depend upon conditions and methods of application which cannot be known of controlled by the Seller, no warranty, expressed or implied, is made by the Seller as to the results obtainable from the use thereof.

Claims. No claim will be allowed unless presented within ten days after receipt of the material covered by the related invoice, and Concrete Clinic assumes no liability for consequential damages which may be alleged to have resulted from the use of the material, the amount of any claim being limited to the amount covered by the related invoice.

Returns. All returns must be accompanied by a receipt and none will be accepted after 90 days. Returns after 10 days are subject to restocking charge.

Special Orders. All special order items must be 100% prepaid.

Jurisdiction. All sales are subject to the laws of the State in which the item was purchased (i.e. Illinois or Arkansas).
